Funicular - and transportation and entertainment

Arrival
I was born in Kyiv. I know a lot of attractions here. Frankly I would like to move here. I think it's because I know very well this place. I want something new.
Booking
And yet here I will try as much as possible to tell what you can do and where to go. The city is great and very interesting. But I've been here long enough. Uzhgorod move in soon, I hope. It is around the corner and closer to Europe. I love European culture.

Scheme funicular
Well, this post about the funicular. I wrote about it here a bit.

In ancient times, Kyiv was divided into two parts: the division and the top position. With transport by trams and horse. Well and citizens built a funikeler. It was originally only transport. Now it is also an attraction. As a child I loved to ride here.

Landscape from bottom
Funicular are two trailer-like tram. The first goes to the mountain, the other down. Then they switch. Earlier funiculars were in many European cities.

Travel costs 3 (0.12 $) in one direction.
Salon
I advise you to ride a couple of times. Especially for children it will be interesting.

Power Back in Every House

I think every house should have a private silence equipped for autonomous power for minimal life support.

As it should be?
- Solar panel + battery + inverter + controller is approximately 3.5 kW (on request and can put more then a backup system is not, and should call the main).
- Multiple-meter with the ability to sell excess electricity monopolist.
- Stabilizer.
- Distribution centre, which kept all the important features of the building (heating, refrigerator, emergency lighting).

The system must be able to automatically switch to power from solar panels through the battery (batteries) and inverter taking into account the provision for battery in the night-time emergencies or in the general network. With dual-zone counter battery can be charged at nighttime for a cheaper price (for inclement weather or period when the light's time of day is quite short). In the summer, when it's time to light the day lasts longer, the excess can be sold by green tariff monopolists (it if the system is built on the principle of basic supplies, but not backup).

Solar panel
Item №1 can complement with windmills or hydro generators of low power. It all depends on the location of the building and climate zone.

The problem is that such systems for all private homes needed government support program. Roughly 50% discount today + free loan for the remaining amount, and for low-income or large families should be 90% discount from 10% residual payment. As compensation for its support, the Ukraine can take the excess electricity produced by households, free for 10 years, say. Or demand to provide illumination of the road near the house (one LED lamp is not so much consumes electricity) or require order at his home and so on.

Tree in lamp
After providing such systems, a monopoly would have to review the prices of electricity and quality of service. but again, Monopoly - is huge profits and dictating its own terms, so the lobbying of energy savings built on renewable sources in Ukraine miracle to happen. And now, such systems establish themselves only familiar with the subtleties of renewable energy systems and independent power people (another point which we should not forget is bringing to people the knowledge that there are certain methods, opportunities, mechanisms, how to save, how to provide themselves power , where to go, what to install, etc.), who also have financial opportunity for such reorganizations or build their own electric facilities.
