Or demand to provide illumination of the road near the house (one LED lamp is not so much consumes electricity) or require order at his home and so on.
After providing such systems, a monopoly would have to review the prices of electricity and quality of service. but again, Monopoly - is huge profits and dictating its own terms, so the lobbying of energy savings built on renewable sources in Ukraine miracle to happen.
